About us
Providence Rehab Services NeuroGym offers a combination of skilled services, including speech therapy, physical therapy, and occupational therapy.
Our care team providers a one-on-one evaluation with the patient to determine functional limitations and weaknesses. We then work closely with the patient, family or caregiver, and doctor to develop and carry out an individualized plan of care based on the patient's need.
