I found Utopia Management Inc. to be the most proactive and professional of the letting agencies that I contacted. We planned to let the house as a whole, but in the end decided to let it as seven separate rooms. Utopia Management Inc. were very flexible and fair in coming to an arrangement regarding fees for this.

Utopia Management Inc. were able to find a new tenant for our property in a reasonable timescale. As soon as the let was agreed they were able to move the tenant into the property and sort out all the referencing and lease agreement in a very short space of time.
