Dr. Vaishali Purohit, a fellowship-trained breast surgeon and board-certified general surgeon, offers comprehensive care for benign and malignant breast diseases. With extensive training and expertise, she tailors treatments to meet individual patient needs. Summa cum laude graduate from West Chester University, Dr. Purohit, continued her education at Drexel University College of Medicine. She completed her residency at Hahnemann University Hospital and Lenox Hill Hospital, followed by a fellowship in breast surgical oncology at Allegheny Health Network. Dr. Purohit's advanced skills include specialized surgical techniques like hidden scar, nipple-sparing mastectomy, and oncoplastic closures.
