John Valentic MD in Ukiah is difficult to see. I waited 7 months for an appointment and arrived promptly as scheduled. The office staff failed to record the appointment correctly. Without any apology or remorse, they rescheduled me for another 2 months out. When I expressed my frustration without yelling or cursing, the doctor said he did not like my tone of voice and would not see me at all.
