WORST JEWELRY STORE EVER!!! DO not go here if you don't want to be treated like a piece of dirt. Owner and his wife are EXTREMELY rude and condescending. I had a pair of earrings fixed there back in August. Three months later the earring broke again. I brought it back to the store and the lady said Well how do you know it's the earring we fixed and not the other one that broke. I said I didn't know, but how could she prove it wasn't the one that they had fixed... she gave me major attitude and went in back to talk to her husband. Well in back was 2 ft away and I could HEAR her the whole time and she was SO snotty and was basically mocking me as she explained the sitatuation to him. She came back and said her husband could tell which one he fixed and it wasn't the one that was broken. I simply asked her to show me what marks he was talking about. She claimed she couldn't see it because she had glaucoma. I asked her to have her husband come show me because I just wanted to know what he was talking about and how he could tell. She gave me attitude again and went to get him. Well I heard him yell I'm TOO BUSY FOR THIS! TELL HER TO TAKE HER EARRINGS ELSEWHERE!!! That is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. He should not be too busy to take 10 seconds to show a customer something; there was no other customers in the store at the time. Based on his behavior I truly believe that he was lying about being able to tell. This store and its employees are atrocious. They do not stand behind their work and they are RUDE to their customers!!! Go anywhere else but here!!
