About us
We are a trauma-focused outpatient therapy practice offering traditional in-office or telehealth therapy and specialized therapy services including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Equine Assisted Psychotherapy (EAP *Only at Grantsboro location*), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).Our trauma experts specialize in treating active duty military personnel, first responders, intimate partner and domestic violence survivors, and victims of physical sexual assault. Our CBT specialists have significant experience working with addiction recovery, anxiety, depression, and other mental illnesses. We have now expanded our practice from Eastern NC to serve the Western NC area with our new office location in Morganton!"
