About us
Kansas City is Van Meter's newest electrical supply location serving the greater Kansas City metro area. A 100 percent employee-owned company, Van Meter is the 24th largest electrical distributor in the United States. In the construction space, Van Meter teams with contractors across the country providing electrical supplies and solutions on a variety of project types - everything from datacenters and food and beverage plants to automotive manufacturing locations and commercial and institutional facilities.
You can find us on the Kansas side of the state line in the Fairfax District, just north of Kaw Point. We are located in the Kaw Point Industrial Park, across the street from Barlett Grain - Kansas City River Rail.
