About us
The Varick is a beautifully restored and maintained 1929 classic brick building in the heart of the Capitol Hill’s residential neighborhood. The Varick is ideally located for Broadway shopping, restaurants, grocery stores and just a short walk to downtown Seattle. The building includes 20 apartments and has a nice mix of studios and one bedroom apartments, all of which include hardwood floors and much of the original millwork!
