VCA Peninsula Animal Hospital has been located between the communities of Point Loma and Ocean Beach since 1967. We continue to help pets live long, healthy and happy lives while delivering the best medical care and experience for both pets and owners. Our doctors, Dr. Hans Ewertz, Dr. Monica Hambalko, Dr. Shara Brookman, Dr. Wallace, and Dr. Austin Eng are knowledgeable and skilled veterinarians who are compassionate individuals. To assist our veterinarians, we have our highly-trained technicians and other-pet friendly staff in which most are Fear Free Certified, creating a low-stress environment for you and your pets.
