At Vella, we improve lives by bringing people the delight of a clean home. Our mission is Making Housekeeping A Profession. Founder and CEO Jeri Fritz created Vella after moving to Dallas in 2009 and realizing two big problems: first, that there was no cleaning company equipped for the modern consumer, and second, there were few jobs for working women that had good salaries, career mobility, and family-friendly hours. Jeri set out on a mission to change that. Vella is the only company of its kind. We leverage technology to empower and train the best talent through an unmatched employee experience.
