Venu K. Thirukonda, MD, FACP treats all forms of cancer and blood disorders at Northwest Georgia Oncology Centers (NGOC). Dr. Thirukonda received his Bachelor of Medicine & Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) at Madurai Medical College, The Tamil Nadu Dr. MGR Medical University in India, and conducted his residency at Maimonides Medical Center Brooklyn, NY and fellowship at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine Montefiore Medical Center Bronx, NY. He is currently active in cancer research and clinical trials to provide his patients with the most advanced cancer treatment available in Georgia. Dr. Thirukonda provides patient-centered cancer care at NGOC’s West Georgia Medical Center.
