I purchased a Samsung Galaxy3 form go-wireless. was pressured into getting this phone. I originally planed to get a iphone4s, but was talked into getting this phone that operated on the Droid OS. I had to live with a Droidx2 phone for 2 years. and it was a total POS.
the Samsung Galaxy started to do several of the problems I had experienced with my old Droid. So, I went back to Go-Wireless to exchange phone. turns out I was 1 day passed the 14 days to return. on top of that, even if I could return I was told I would need to pay a $50 restocking charge!;;;. really? I was never told this by the salesman.
Bottom line is they did not know the product that they sell to customers. I had to call Verizon and spent 1 hour with a Verizon Tech to have them go online into my phone to fix it. I changed NO settings on the phone at all to make it not operate correctly. the Go-wireless people could not find the problem. and did not know the product that they sell.
