Veterinary Specialty and Emergency Center welcomes you and your pets 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. As an advanced multi-specialty and emergency hospital, we understand that your pet is a part of your family and deserves leading edge medicine in a compassionate and caring environment. VSEC offers services in acupuncture, cardiology, critical care, dermatology, diagnostic imaging, emergency medicine, internal medicine, neurology/neurosurgery, oncology, ophthalmology and surgery. A board certified veterinary specialist has completed a 4-year undergraduate degree and 4 years of veterinary school, followed by a 1-year internship and 3-year residency in their specialty. They must also pass a credential review and specialty board examinations to receive credentials as a board-certified specialist. At VSEC, our board-certified specialists offer the latest in state of the art equipment and patient care. Our doctors pride themselves on building strong relationships with family veterinarians through constant communication. This ensures continuity of care between pet owners, referring veterinarians and VSEC doctors. We are conveniently located in Levittown, PA, just 25 minutes north of Philadelphia and 10 minutes south of Trenton, in Lower Bucks County. We are happy to provide state-of-the-art, personalized 24-hour emergency and specialty veterinary care to the Greater Philadelphia region.
