About us

Vico Restaurant offers a modern take on traditional Tuscan cuisine in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. We use the freshest local ingredients from Hudson Valley farmers as well as artisinal cheeses and salumi imported from Italy. During the summer months we offer all fresco dining in our private garden, while our two working fireplaces provide fireside dining when the temperature drops.
