My Kenmore Refrigerator stopped working at the worse possible time...right before a family gathering/meal and I was desperate to get it fixed quickly. I called Vic's Appliances and they sent someone out within a few hours. The repair tech, did a great job among a lot of anxious onlookers. Vic's Appliances team for coming thru in a big way. Definitely will use again if necessary. Excellent! Free quote and he called days later to make sure I was satisfied.

I had a refrigerator that needed a new coil. I originally took it to SEARS but they charged me an arm and a leg and would tie it up for a minimum of a week. Called around but prices didnt seem fair. I spoke with Vic's Appliances and they were helpful and honest. Fixed my refrigerator in a few days for a fair price. Technician was very responsive, professional, and they`re competitively priced.

Prompt service, evaluated problem, had to order parts, fixed it next day, and honored the quote. I had an emergency this Saturday morning with my Viking oven. The thermostat broke causing the oven to be on a full blast. I called Vic's Appliances who came out that day. Vic's Appliances was very knowledgable and commicated my options. Honestly i would highly recommend them.

It has been a good experience and our Easter dinner tomorrow will be saved!

These guys are my real working heroes! I manage a few apartment buildings, and appliance issues are always a problem. The worst is when the tenant calls me at night and tells me that they just bought their groceries and the refrigerator doesn’t cool. Not surprisingly, it`s a real mess. But as soon as I call Vic's Appliances service they respond right away and get the job done almost immediately. Their professionalism makes it very easy on me and saves me a lot of time dealing with unhappy tenants.
