Over Twenty years ago, our founders created a different kind of human services agency: one that provides high quality services to communities of color that have been historically disadvantaged, while also being on the forefront of advocating for the rights of people with disabilities. They were frustrated with the lack of leadership and career opportunities for Blacks, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC)...
