Our founder and head chef, Eduard Frauneder, is a culinary mastermind with over seventeen years of experience in the industry. Originally from Austria, Chef Frauneder is one of the youngest Michelin-starred chefs in his home country and has made a name for himself in the United States with a string of successful restaurants in New York City.
