About us
Dr. Vincent Basilice is a board-certified ophthalmologist with over 40 years in private practice, specializing in cataract surgery and comprehensive eye care. A graduate of St. Louis University School of Medicine and former Chief Resident in Ophthalmology, he leads TOC Eye in New York as Medical Director. Dr. Basilice has proudly served the Long Island community and held long-standing medical staff roles at Mather and St. Charles Hospitals.
