Virgo Chanin Business Centers LLC in Midtown, Manhattan is NOT at all service oriented. The administrative and reception staff doesn't have the slightest idea as to what customer service is all about. However, this is not necessarily a bad thing, because their lack of professionalism made me rethink my contract and look for refuge with one of their competitors. I'm so glad we made the move! I actually saved hundreds of dollars by switching to another company that offers more for less, and you can too! If you care about customer service, and working with a professional team- look elsewhere, such things are just simply not what Virgo does best.

I've used several different executive office centers in New York for my businesses, and this one is possibly the worst I've ever seen. The owners do not address their tenants needs. They have absolutely no appreciation for past business given to them. Their sales managers speak down to you on a regular basis. I am just appalled at their operation, and wish someone would teach them a lesson about business etiquette. My business was struggling in 2008 due to a poor economy, so I was forced to terminate my lease ONE MONTH early. Our lease was COMPLETELY paid off except for that ONE MONTH we terminated early. During the moving out process, the employees of this establishment treated me and my staff with such utter humiliation, that I wish not even my worst enemy gets treated with such humiliation. They have no regard for human dignity. Do yourself a favor and find an executive office center that will actually appreciate your business, and is not completely money hungry.
