Vista Prairie at Ridgeway on 23rd, in New Ulm, transitioned to new ownership with Vista Prairie Communities in October 2023, a mission-driven nonprofit organization based here in Minnesota. We offer dedicated Assisted Living and Reflections Memory Care programs.
