Our clients are typically small businesses which have around 20-250 workstations (sometimes up to 400) in the West Point MS area. These clients might have remote offices, and rely on their computers, network, phones, and the Internet for daily operations. Most of our clients have special lines of business applications which tend to be a very integral part of their business process. They rely heavily on these applications and software being operational. These business represent highly demanding industries wherein downtime is NOT an option and quick response to any issue is necessary. They represent a cross-section of manufacturing, healthcare, dental, and government agencies.
