About us
This School-Linked Health Center is a dedicated place of healthcare support for all SD129 students. It offers important and convenient primary care health services in one convenient location, including minor illness and injury care, checkups and vaccinations, school and sports physicals, and counseling services. VNA also provides referrals for off-site services such as vision, dental, and family counseling, and to community organizations that assist with food, housing, and other necessities.
VNA accepts Medicare, Medicaid, insurance, and uninsured patients. No fees are due at the time of service. No student will be turned away for an inability to pay.
