Michael Maienza joined Vogelzang Law in 2017, focusing his practice on mesothelioma litigation. He comes to the legal profession laser-focused on client advocacy to serve as a voice for those who are ignored or silenced. He relishes the opportunity to hold companies accountable for their negligence. His most recent victory comes as first chair in O’Reilly vs U.S. Steel, securing a verdict in excess of $7,000,000.

Wyatt Berkover began his career with Nick and the Vogelzang Law team as a law clerk, becoming an associate in the fall of 2016. His law practice focuses on representing victims of personal injury and wrongful death. Wyatt focuses on representing victims of mesothelioma, asbestosis, and other asbestos-related diseases, and he has helped countless families achieve justice in their darkest hours.

Christian Luciano Santiago joined Vogelzang Law in June 2021. He is new to the firm but is a seasoned lawyer with extensive experience drafting pleadings and motions, conducting and defending depositions, and preparing expert witnesses for trial. Christian is passionate about his clients and proud of his work, defending devastated families against ruthless corporations that exposed them to asbestos.

Skyler Hughes started with Vogelzang Law as a law clerk, joining the firm as an associate in the fall of 2022. His grasp of the law and quick thinking make him an asset to the firm’s litigation team. During law school, Skyler was the Executive Editor of Loyola Law Journal’s online content and a Senior Editor of the Loyola Consumer Law Review. He furthered his knowledge by serving as an extern for Justice Steven David of the Indiana Supreme Court.

Michelle T. Pawlowski joined Vogelzang Law in September 2023. Prior to joining the firm, she accumulated more than five years of experience successfully handling a diverse range of personal injury claims and consistently obtaining favorable outcomes for her clients throughout all stages of litigation.
