Just moved to Old Bridge like so many others. I was looking, of course, for a salon to get prettied up. I heard alot about this Vogue place near by. I am very demanding and expect the best. JP I guess, but anyway..... I called and scheduled an appointment. When I first arrived it wasn't what I expected. I expected retro effects, and Californian type attitudes- ya know hey dude and all that jazzzzz!!! Anyway... everything was okay. The front desk reception was very nice- she was sooooo sweeeeet!! I plopped down into a very comfortable leather couch and hoped for the best. Instantly my appointment was confirmed and I was wisked off for a shammpoo...tv and all. Okay... so nice place so far! as it turned out...the shampoo girl was one of the nicest people I ever met. After a good therapeutic shampoo, I was escorted to my stylist's chair (nice chair btw). Coffe was offered, and the good looking owner sat by my side and asked me a bunch of well... fun stuff. Overall my experienc was very mod, but down to earth!! I liked the entire atmosphere and everyone was sooo nice. Best of all... I got the best hair cut and color I ever had. Bras off!! to a well... not the trendiest, but really true grits salon that offers what you expect! Maybe the ohhh...hey dude- I'm just short of famous attititude doesn't really apply anymore so long as you get what you are looking for in a great environment!!!!! I know I did! I am a believer in this place and will be back- DEFINATELY!!
