Mr. Piersall has tried cases successfully on all levels in the Courts of Virginia, including the Court of Appeals of Virginia and the Supreme Court of Virginia. He is licensed to practice in Virginia and has tried cases in the Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
