About us
Wade Sand and Gravel is a large stone quarry and crushing plant near downtown Birmingham, Alabama. The company sells crushed stone for construction uses including asphalt, concrete and road building. The quarry also holds a reserve of high quality dolomite. This magnesium-rich stone is used for metallurgical and chemical purposes. Wade Sand and Gravel is an approved crushed stone source for the Alabama Department of Transportation (ALDOT).
