Wafu of Japan strives to bring you the freshest sushi and best Japanese cuisine in Costa Mesa. We are conveniently located near John Wayne Airport and Santa Ana Country Club on Bristol Street. Our sushi restaurant was founded in 1999 by sushi chef Hideto ""Harr"" Arimizu. We offer a wide select of Japanese cuisine, hot plates, noodles and of course sushi rolls; featuring modern, unique and traditional styles.
