With 25 years in the mortgage industry, Tammy Powers brings extensive expertise and a passion for building lifelong client relationships. Her background spans all aspects of lending, including her tenure as an FHA Direct Endorsement Underwriter. Originally from Pittsburgh, she moved to Central Florida to further her career and embrace her love for scuba diving and the beach. A former mortgage company owner and industry leader, Tammy has held key roles in major lending institutions and served on the Florida Mortgage Bankers Association board. Now a Senior Mortgage Advisor at Waterstone Mortgage, she remains dedicated to exceptional service and helping families achieve homeownership.
