Waukesha Metal Products

Since 1997 Waukesha Metal Products’ Sussex facility has served as our corporate headquarters, and it also houses many of our metal stamping and precision tool and die operations. The plant specializes in automated precision progressive dies, using our unique die sensor technology to improve in-die welding, measurement, and assembly. With the help of servo press technology, we offer industry­-leading processes that focus on efficient, accurate products. Our presses range from 1.5 to 660 tons and are capable of 400 strokes per minute. The Sussex facility also houses our on-­site tool and die shop, which gives us the ability to custom make metal stamping dies that maximize efficiency.
