Many people have asked me why'd you call your business Wax and 40 Lashes? Because when I was working for other spas, waxing off hair and glueing on lashes is my bread and butter. I was 40 years old when I finally grew up and decided to become an esthetician, thus came the name Wax and 40 Lashes. Before that, I've been a food service handler, barista, I've joined the US Army reserves and worked as an operating room technician, I was a college student, orthodontist's assistant and my most favorite job is being your esthetician! I love the creativity and freedom I have being a solo esthetician and I fancy myself as a bit of an artisté. My passion is to make you feel good about yourself, drawing out the beauty that is already within you, so you can show the world! Beauty = confidence, if I have achieved that, then my mission is accomplished.
