I went to Waxhaw Equipment Rental to rent a de-thatcher (power rake) on Saturday, March 7th. When i got it home, the machine didn't work. When i called, they told me to bring it back (without so much as an apology i might add) and said that a belt was broken. They issued me a refund, and i expected one in full of course. When i went back Monday morning, it was still not fixed. The moron behind the counter said that they have the part, but it needs to be put on. Tuesday, my wife called, and it still has not been fixed. Wednesday, i called, it still has not been fixed. Waxhaw North Carolina. Home of back woods, incompetent, lazy, dumb and startlingly ignorant inbreds with nothing but nuts and bolts rolling around in their empty skulls.
