My name is Dareld Weber and I have my own business, Dareld Weber Real Estate & Auction Service. I went to Real Estate school in Lincoln, Nebraska & became a Real Estate salesperson in 1981 and worked with AgLand Realty in Lincoln. I went to Reisch World Wide College of Auctioneering in Mason City, Iowa and graduated in March of 1983.
After getting experience with AgLand Realty selling Real Estate I decided to go back to Real Estate school in Lincoln and get my Broker's license. I became a Broker in 1987 and started my own business in 1988.
I have sold all types of Real Estate, Residential, Agricultural, and Commercial and have sold at auctions all of the above. In my opinion the Auction is the best way to sell Real Estate because it may be listed for a long time before it sells. If you auction the property then it can be sold with sellers confirmation, which gives the Seller the right to accept or reject the bid the day of the auction.
