I am co-owner and director of the preschool and school-age programs at Wee Ones Childcare and Preschool! I have an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education as well as having completed my certificate for my director credentials. My goal when I started out in this field was to start my own program. I have been working in the child care field since 2011 and I have gained experience working with all age levels birth through twelve. My mission is to give children the most rewarding, developmentally appropriate, educational experience in a safe, family friendly and comforting environment. The early years set the standard for every child’s future! Hello! My name is Elizabeth Pena. I am the co-owner and director of the infant and toddler classrooms at Wee Ones Childcare and Preschool. Prior to pursuing my dreams of owning a childcare facility I was the director of a childcare facility for three years. I have been working in the childcare industry for over six years, all in a head teacher or Director position. I have worked with children of all ages including infants, toddlers, preschool, and school aged children. I have an associates degree in Early Childhood Education as well as my directors credentials for Early Childhood. Early Childhood has been one of the most rewarding fields. I genuinely enjoy getting to know all of the children as well as their families, but more importantly I enjoy helping them learn and grow.
