About us

Leadership in a church is a team affair. God has gifted and equipped leaders to serve in the church accomplishing work He prepared in advance for us to do! We are congregational in our church organizational structure, yet we are greatly influenced by Ken Easom's work and work hard at being a "Permission Giving Network" style church. We are complementarian in our understanding of the role of Pastor/Elder, yet women play vital roles in leadership as well as prophetically encouraging and comforting the church! The ongoing development of men and women into the leaders God is calling them to be is vital to reaching the vision God has for us. What follows is not an exhaustive list of our leaders but some of the head leaders in some of the main ministry categories.
