About us
West Fork Beef & Pork was founded in 2022 with a simple idea: families in north-central West Virginia should be able to buy meats they feel good about serving at their table. We run a family-owned market and raise our beef and pork on our family farm. We also partner with another local farm for chicken, rabbit, duck, and eggs, and everything is raised without antibiotics or added hormones.
