West Jefferson Chiropractic & Nutrition

We are a husband and wife team, serving the population of West Jefferson since establishing our practice in 1991.

We have a unique clinical approach to practice. Our distinctive Steps to Wellness program addresses many health issues involving the muscular, skeletal, nervous and endocrine systems by combining Chiropractic Adjustments, Functional/Integrative Healthcare, Whole Food Nutritional Supplementation and Rehabilitation.

After completing his undergraduate education at Muskingum University (1984), Dr. Mike attended the National College Chiropractic College (1991) in Illinois. Dr. Kristy obtained her undergraduate education from Palm Beach State College (1986) prior to attending the National College of Chiropractic (1991).

We attend numerous seminars yearly to remain current on ways to improve the health, vitality and well-being of our community.

Dr. Mike lectures throughout the community and businesses on topics that include Beating Cholesterol and Diabetes, Fatigue, Thyroid and Adrenal gland health, Fibromyalgia, Balancing Hormones, Breast Cancer prevention, 7 Secrets to Wellness, and Bone Health.
