West Main Car Wash And Detail in Bozeman is a complete rip off. I took my minivan in and asked that the interior be cleaned, shampoo carpet, clean floor mats and wax exterior. When I picked it up the heater vents and interior vinyl were still dusty, the floor mats were still slightly dirty and the consoles between the seats were never touched for this shotty job I was charged $254. The manager called me to see if I was happy with the job and when I told him I was not he told me to bring it back in. I pointed out the areas I was dissapointed in and left. When I picked my van up a few hours later they had re-cleaned everything and shampooed seats (which I didn't ask for).I had already paid an exorbitant amount of money so I figured the second clean job was covered under what I had already paid since they didn't do a good job the first time right? WRONG, they charged me another $195. I hope they are very happy with the $450 they got out of me because I will never spend another cent there.
