Westbrook Towing Inc.people were very helpful. I tried very hard to find a close tow operator and the one they found was very good, polite and knew his job. I recommended him to Westbrook Towing Inc. . Like I said on the front, the Westbrook Towing Inc. operators were very polite and very good at keeping us updated on what was going on. I don't get impressed very often by service of companies, but I was impressed by 2 at the same time. I'm glad I have Westbrook Towing Inc. , and especially glad they did their job so well.

This past summer, around August 1st, I called CNAME, after breaking down 80 km outside of CITY. Man, was I lucky to get a hold of CNAME! You suspected the problem was the fuel-clamp (and you were right!) Then I contacted some Ducati techs for help--eventually getting hold of CNAME in Your assistance meant a lot to me! Without you, my long-awaited road trip could have ended in an expensive tow back to a dealer. Thanks to you! I went on an 8,000 km road trip that was one of the best experiences of my life. Thanks!

I apologize again for not getting to you sooner about what would be done with it, and more thanks to you and your company for your understanding and leniency regarding the confusion over what action needed to be taken to get it all sorted out and done with.
