Before opening Whalley Law in 2011, he graduated from Seattle University with his J.D., as well as his MA in Sports Administration and Leadership. This is where a young Mr. Whalley realized the kinds of positive change the practice of law can create in communities like Tacoma while utilizing the work ethic instilled from playing hockey.
