White Swan is proud to be an 87 year old eastern NC BBQ landmark. It has always been a family owned restaurant with our family being the proud owners since 1988. Our ‘Cue is traditional Eastern-NC style, made with pork shoulders and butts which gives it a nice texture and flavor.
