I got a great deal on a trip through them, but I rate them very low because of the extremely nasty treatment I got from them over the phone. The rep I spoke with was a very arrogant, hostile, rude middle-aged woman from the northeast. My regret is not remembering her name. She spoke to me very subserviently. She actually yelled at me at one point for inadvertently neglecting to send her some information and said, What are you, in kindergarten? We're supposed to be adults here. You should have known to send it without me asking! Professionalism is not their strong suit.
