About us
Whitehouse Cove Manufactured Homes Community is a beautiful, waterfront, manufactured home community located in the coastal city of Poquoson, Virginia adjacent to the Whitehouse Cove Marina and a popular local seafood restaurant known as Surf Rider.
Built in three phases beginning in 2010 and the community was completed in mid-2015. Many people in the area work at the Langley Air Force Base and NASA's Langley Research Center. Whitehouse Cove Manufactured Housing Community is operated by Legacy Communities.
