We would not recommend this company to anyone. Currently William Cruz, owner of Wilcon out of Miami Shores, is under contract for a renovation of our condo. He has been paid 90% of our contract and has completed about 70% of the work; and he's still asking for MORE money. We have filed a complaint to the authorities but also want other potential customers to know our experience. He may be licensed but he is a dishonest and unprofessional contractor. Right now we lose out because he is "walking away" with more money than he has done work for. By definition that is stealing. This contractor has stolen our money, left 30% of the work undone and also made several pricey mistakes that are unfixed. That we now have to hire someone else to correct.
