About us
Wild Roots Explorers provides immersive, nature-based classes for children on Staten Island, NY, offering a unique learning experience beyond the classroom. Their year-round, all-weather program emphasizes child-led exploration and hands-on engagement in the natural world. Activities include mud kitchens, obstacle courses, water play, sensory tables, discovery zones, and more-all designed to foster curiosity, play, and connection to nature. With locations on both the North Shore (1 Kingsley Ave, entrance on Brookside Ave) and South Shore (Mount Loretto, 6581 Hylan Blvd), Wild Roots nurtures young minds in safe, inspiring outdoor settings.
