Hi, I’m Bill Rabold! I’m a Senior Mortgage Banker with Waterstone Mortgage and a husband and father of two incredible kids, Anna, 24 and Ben, 17. I was born in the suburbs of Chicago, Illinois, and attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. I then transferred to and graduated from, the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. I am fortunate to have been in the residential mortgage business since 1995. While most “traditional mortgage salespeople” spend the majority of their time constantly advertising and marketing to get another “deal,” we instead dedicate that time to working with the clients that we already have.
