Diagnosis
Dr. McCullough takes the time to personally speak with you about the issues you are experiencing and possible reasons for your condition. Whether you have acute or chronic neck or back pain or even possibly a tumor of the brain or spine, Dr. McCullough's first concern is getting you the information required to make educated choices relative to your specific situation. After full discussion, testing is scheduled in order to obtain your most recent information. This may include a CT, MRI, angiogram, myelogram, discogram, flexion-extention Xray, or any combination of those.

Treatment
Dr. McCullough networks with a number of practitioners and facilities to provide the most up-to-date technology and the best staff suited to care for you. He employs the most conservative methods possible to treat your condition, and does not feel rushing into surgery is the only option. Referrals for physical therapy and pain management are just a couple of examples of preliminary care taken before surgical intervention is recommended.
