Will's Towing in Hammonton is owned by Will Swinney who also claims to own ST Family Contracting LI.C. He and his associate and girlfriend removed two vehicles from my property promising to pay me $300.00 for each vehicle. After they loaded the vehicles on their flatbed they were short $40.00. Will promised to bring me the money the next day when he would come back to pick up more vehicles. This all took place on Tues. 6/19/12. It is now 6/27/12 and he has not responded to my calls - do you think he is ripping me off? Do you think he has lied to me and is a thief?
