My name is Kevin Radey, and I'm an Asheville lawyer who helps people with bill problems file bankruptcy in Western North Carolina. I also help clients who are having difficulty managing student loan debt seek relief from burdensome monthly payments. I've studied and practiced North Carolina bankruptcy laws and student loan laws in order to help you make smart decisions. I have been an attorney since 2000, and help clients surrounding Asheville file for bankruptcy under Chapter 7 and Chapter 13.

My clients come from all walks of life - from retirees who saw their home equity wiped away, to young families overwhelmed by credit card, student loan and medical debt, to homeowners frustrated by having to wait on a loan modification decision from their bank to prevent foreclosure.
