Every contact that I had was very pleasant and I was happy with their prices. They cleaned my rugs very efficiently and were also polite. I have been using Woodland Hills Carpet And Air Duct now and they always do the best job. There is very seldom a problem but, if there ever is, they come back right away to take care of it. We had carpeting that I thought I was going to have to replaced but salvaged it. I highly recommend them. In fact, I recommend them all of the time.
