Woodmont Insurance Group Previously, I worked for one major insurance carrier. During this time, I experienced many customers where their specific rates were very high, or unfortunately they were not covered at all. During that process, it got me thinking–how can I better serve my customers and community so they don’t experience this hardship? Then, it clicked! I knew if I wanted to serve my customers best, I needed to start my own independent agency where I can review multiple insurance carries for each customer to find them the lowest rates with the best coverage, thus eliminating high rates and denials.
